| This legislation eliminates a provision in state code stipulating how law library funds are received and distributed in counties having a population of 950,000 or more (Fulton County). The targeted provision currently requires said funds be paid into the county's general fund to be used for the courts, including maintenance of the law library fund, but there would be no law library fund. |
